smoothiesThis is what happens when you let your kids loose with a smoothie maker, a fridge full of stuff and a fruit bowl. Emma created a great tasting smoothie.

Serves two –

1 banana

1 nectarine

5 desert spoons of caramel and blood orange Yeo Valley yoghurt

1 tablespoon of honey

Milk (you are looking for around 0.6 litres of fluid in the jug)

Whiz up in a blender and serve immediately.
